x shortcuts fix/unfix all if nothing is selected#43

It would be helpful to be able to use the shift-x shortcut to unlock everything if nothing is selected.

This has come up already a few times. After locking a bunch of verts, it was a pain to have to manually select every element that was locked to unlock it.

Conversley, the x shortcut should lock everything if nothing is selected.

Something that I use in this case is the A shortcut. Pressing the A key will select everything right away; you can then press X or Shift-X to fix or unfix everything.
