Add edge loop#47

A simpler way to add a loop of edges where possible with the option to slide around into place. Maybe a loop through selected, that way a direction can be implied if an edge or two faces are selected.

I am not sure I understand this completely. It seems to be in the direction of the “carve” operation that we have, or drawing an edge across several faces, which you can do. But perhaps I am misunderstaanding…
