Option to Trace STLs by placing vertices directly on STL mesh#74

Add a tool, either when loading a new model or otherwise, that allows users to click an STL reference model to place individual vertices on the outermost of that STL’s mesh. User could define level of detail and areas of particular interest by remaining in this mode and making sure to add more or less vertices as needed.
